Someone from this number and left a message that he had been trying to get hold of me and said that he had a court summons that he will deliver to my home if I don't reply by calling the above number. He stated that I had written a fraudlent check! I am like Cheryl above I don't even know who this person is and nor do I know what company says that I have written a dishonored check!!! He gave me a number to refer too. He told me good luck. Didn't identify what company he was representing or any client information. Is this a scam. I am contacting my attorney to see what he can find out. I am tired of these calls. Scares ya half to death.

Caller calls my phone many times but no one ever answers the phone or is so noisy in the background can not be understood. Calls are always very short.

They keep ringing me all the bloody time and don't leave a message!!

They called my phone twice and they hung up on me too. I really want this to stop!

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. The calls come during the day and as late as 10:00PM when I am asleep. I also get the same number calling my home phone. I have not answered any of them.

These poele are relentless and it is clear that it is a scam. They have called and told me there are fraud chrges in CA against me and me or my lawyer needs to call them back. Whan I did you couldn't understand anything they said due to their accent and threatened that the sheriff would be serving papers to me and what serious charges were against me. Upon further research it appears these peole get your info through online payday/short term loan applications and try to tell you to send them money to pay off a loan you received. I never received a loan and they could not provide any info as to the company that was filing charges against me. They eventually hung up on me but continue to call me.

Out of no where start getting calls at random times and no idea how they got my # and never leave voicemails so no idea who they are or what they want

this caller claimed that i won a wallmart voucher card and i gave him my address to send the voucher but he declined to tell me the name of the company he's working for and immediately i became suspicious
